Banking Closure Day Closure Date Rule
New Years Day January 1st. If the date falls on a weekend, the following Monday is observed.
Good Friday The Friday before Easter Sunday.
Victoria Day The Monday on or before the 24th of May.
Canada Day July 1st. If the date falls on a weekend, the following Monday is observed.
Labour Day First Monday of September.
Truth and Reconciliation Day September 30th. If the date falls on a weekend, the following Monday is observed.
Canadian Thanksgiving Second Monday of October.
Remembrance Day November 11th. If the date falls on a weekend, the following Monday is observed.
